Each of its Wedding Cakes has as much the artists touch as the baker's. Cindy has formal training as a pastry chef and graduated in Toronto at George Brown College. Aside from Working in downtown Toronto at Such places as Dufflets, and Bonnie Gordon Cakes, Cindy has studied in New York, Orlando, New Orleans, and Washington.
