Vancouver native Frances Metcalf is a 1990 graduate of the Dubrulle International Culinary and Hotel Institute of Canada, the country's leading culinary school. In addition to classical French culinary training, Chef Metcalf has the benefits of a global perspective, having lived and worked in Japan, South-east Asia and travelled extensively in Europe and the Caribbean.
