Caviar & Lace is a group formed by Michelle Carlisle, member of two local Celtic bands, and Saul Berson, local jazz saxophonist & freelance musician. Between them, Michelle and Saul play multiple instruments, including; flute, piano, alto and tenor sax, and clarinet. The duo have a song list reminiscent of the classy days of years gone by, and bring those eras to vivid life once again. They feel that certain songs never lose their shine, and have crafted their set list to reflect this. In addition, Caviar & Lace also play folk music from around the world; from Italy to the Philippines, China, Portugal, Greece, Mexico, Scotland, Israel and Ireland, and so much more.
